Prior to Virtue Power, De served as a Senior Project Engineer for companies including Standard Solar, GE Solar, and Pfister Energy. He is skilled in design tools like AutoCAD and possesses expertise in nanomaterials and energy storage.
In his role, De is responsible for implementing and maintaining the design and engineering standards for all solar projects. He manages third-party consultants, ensures interconnection feasibility, controls equipment specifications, and guarantees quality assurance from early development through delivery.
