Shawn is Virtue Powers’ lead for all financial analysis and modeling, working directly with the CFO and President to analyze projects, portfolios, and corporate financial strategy. His greatest contribution is the deep analysis he brings to the modeling process, informed by his vast experience in the solar space.
Prior to Virtue Power, Shawn spent over a decade at NextEra Energy, where he gained significant experience in evaluating greenfield solar and storage projects, pricing power transactions, development, and financial forecasting. Earlier in his career, he helped a media and entertainment startup successfully IPO on the NYSE. Shawn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Mathematics.
